IBSAT 2024 Admission Announcement - The application form is common for admission to MBA/PGPM programs at various IBS campuses and PhD programs at IBS Hyderabad. The IBSAT Bulletin can be purchased for Rs 1800 both online and at marketing offices.
Admission Clarification - ICFAI Business School warns prospective students against agents claiming to guarantee admission for a nominal fee. Admissions are solely based on merit, including academic records and performance in the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview. Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
ICFAI Business School (IBS) has announced the MBA and PGPM campus allotment results for 2025. Candidates can view their allotment status on the IBS admissions website. To secure their seat, they need to pay the admission fee. Admitted students will be sent an official admission letter. Financial assistance facilities, such as education loans, are also provided.
The IBSAT 2025 final selection result has been announced on ibsindia.org. Students who attended the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview rounds on February 15 to 24, 2025, may now view the final selection results. The final selected students must appear in the allocated ICFAI Business School (IBS) campus with the required documents for document verification and payment of fees for confirmatory admission.
The ATMA 2025 admit card can be downloaded from February 19, 2025, at atmaaims.com. The candidates must have their PID number and password to download it. The ATMA exam is on February 23, 2025, in CBT mode. Candidates must bring a printed admit card, a government ID, and the ATMA application form to enter the exam center.

Today, February 11, 2025, is the last date of completion for the ATMA application form for the February 2025 exam. Candidates who have paid the fee by February 9 will be able to submit their forms by midnight. ICFAI Business School Hyderabad is a constituent of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, which is declared a deemed-to-be-university under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956. IBS Hyderabad admissions for various UG, PG, PhD, and certificate courses are done both on the basis of merit and on the basis of entrance examinations. Admission to IBS Hyderabad BBA and BA Economics courses are done on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in their last qualifying examination and an interview conducted by IBS Hyderabad itself. IBS Hyderabad Executive MBA admissions are done on the basis of academic qualifications and work experience, micro presentation, and personal interview. Similarly, for IBS Hyderabad MBA weekend programme admissions, candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their academic qualifications, work experience and Statement of Purpose, and a personal interview.
For IBS Hyderbad admission in MBA and PhD courses, candidates must apply, appear, and qualify the IBSAT, GMAT, NMAT by GMAC, CAT or XAT. They will then be called to attend the selection process. Candidates final selection will be based on past academic record and performance in GD and personal interview round.
IBS Hyderabad admission in a two-year full-time MBA programme and four-year PhD ( full-time/part-time) will be done on the basis of IBSAT 2023. IBSAT is a computer-based test with two hours course duration. The exam is conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education. Candidates who have attained a valid score in GMAT^TM/CAT/NMAT by GMAC^TM/XAT from 2021 onwards can skip the test. Those who wish to take IBS Hyderabad admission in PhD, if they are IBS Alumni, M.Phil degree holders and UGC NET qualified, they are exempted from appearing in IBSAT 2024.
